Calls for help and donations continue to be answered by thousands of locals eager to support those affected by the fires. In the coming weeks and months, a number of fundraising events will be held to support Sonoma and Napa fire victims, in different ways. Click through the gallery for more information. Oct 19 - Benefit Concert, Cotati, 7PM: The Redwood Cafe in downtown Cotati is hosting a benefit with live music by The Messengers (from Onye & The Messengers) and Afro Funk Experience with special guests Amadou and DJ Loisaida. The cafe is encouraging guests to bring new and gently worn clothes. Donations will go to Bloom of Marin, which will distribute clothes to locals in need. Oct 20 - Glow vigil at Old Courthouse Square, Santa Rosa, 7PM: This Friday, a group is organizing a gathering at Old Courthouse Square, bringing the community together in the wake of the firestorm. There will be glow sticks, flameless candles, speakers and music at this community building event. Find out more at the Facebook event page.

Oct 20 - Friday Night Benefit Swing, Santa Rosa, 7:30: This Friday, swing your heart out for a good cause when Ellington Hall in Santa Rosa hosts a dance event to help raise funds for local fire victims. Drop in for a Jitterbug lesson from 7:30-8:30 p.m., then stick around for social dancing 8:30-11 p.m. No partner necessary, and tickets are $15, or free for those in need. Oct 20 - Elevated Cocktail Hour Wildfire Benefit, Healdsburg, 5:30PM: This Friday, he Alexander Valley Bar on Hwy 128 in north Healdsburg is hosting a benefit. Fresh wood-fire oven pizzas and oysters, as well as wine from Sonoma wineries, will be served. Proceeds from the event will go to the California Growers Association and Rebuild Wine Country. Oct 20-21 -"Rebuild What Was Lost" Charity Workshop, Santa Rosa, all day: Maker Studio SF is coming to Santa Rosa's D'Argenzio Winery where they will be hosting a weekend-long charity workshop to support locals who lost everything in the fires. The Maker Studio will teach attendees how to make pillows, blankets, and clothing - materials will be provided along with sewing lessons. This event is for everyone, age six and above. Oct 21 - Peacetown Fire Benefit, Sebastopol, 12PM: This Saturday, enjoy an afternoon of singing, dancing, live music and more in a benefit event for local fire victims. Admission is free to this all-ages event, happening noon to 6 p.m at Ives Park in Sebastopol. Find out more at seb.org.

Oct 21 - A Thousand Thanks Pancake Breakfast, Santa Rosa, 7:30AM: Boy Scouts Troop 32 is serving up a pancake breakfast at Church of the Roses (2500 Patio Court, Santa Rosa) this Saturday from 7:30-11:30 a.m., and all they need from you is your generosity to help fire victims. Come make a monetary donation of any size to the North Bay Fire Relief fund and sign a massive thank you sign for local heroes, then enjoy breakfast, free of charge. Non-perishable foods will also be accepted for the Redwood Empire Food Bank.

Oct 21 - Pasta Feed for Cardinal Newman, Petaluma, 6PM: Raise funds to help support the severely damaged Cardinal Newman High School with a pasta feed this Saturday at St. Vincent’s High School in Petaluma. Oct 21 - Fire Relief Dance, Santa Rosa, 5:30PM: Arthur Murray Dance Studio in Santa Rosa invites dance enthusiasts to kick up their heels to benefit fire victims. Oct 21 - North Bay Fire Relief in the East Bay, Brentwood, 1PM: Imperiale Beer Cafe in Brentwood will be hosting a beer-centric event to raise money and donations to help family, friends, and North Bay neighbors affected by the fires. There will be a brewery/taproom swag basket raffle, a craft beer bottle auction, and 100 percent of proceeds from selected kegs will benefit Redwood Credit Union North Bay Fire Relief. Oct 21 - Sonoma County Fire Relief Benefit Concert, Healdsburg, 7PM: This Saturday, Sonoma Cider will host a benefit concert, featuring bands Two Lions Band, Three for Silver, and Fast Heart Mart, to raise funds for those impacted by the Sonoma County Fires. Donation stations will also be set up to accept funds to help the Hurricane victims of Harvey, Irma and recent earthquakes in Mexico. Oct 28 - Cash & King: A Concert Tribute, Healdsburg, 7:30PM: Steven Kent will be performing at Raven Performing Arts Theater in Healdsburg, sharing personal stories about meeting Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley, and how both musical icons have inspired him throughout his career. Nov 10 - West County Rising, Occidental, 5:30PM: Negri's Italian Dinners & Joe's Bar in Occidental is bringing together the West Count community to raise money and gifts for low-income families and families affected by the Sonoma County fires. Dec 2 - Chili Cook-off and Toy Drive, Sebastopol, 12PM: Pauline’s Automotive is hosting their 4th Annual Chili Cook-Off to benefit the Living Room, a woman’s shelter in Santa Rosa, as well as fire relief efforts for Sonoma County.
